Stuff Your Cornucopia Way Beyond It's Limits!
Thanksgiving gives peaceful thoughts of families coming together to celebrate, sitting down to a meal and feeling content and sleepy as the trytophan sets in. This year on the join us for some outright competition to see who can make the biggest, tastiest, most outrageous creations they can, and then further compete about how they were made or consumed.
We're holding a "Take Thanksgiving to the Next Level" contest. Everything Thanksgiving-related is eligible and great documentation (think pictures and video, folks!) is just as good as great ideas. Need inspiration? Here are some ways you could take Thanksgiving to the next level:
1. Triple-double-quadruple-decker mystery pie, with homemade ice-cream on top.
2. The story behind what makes your turkey (or ham) the very best it's breed, the fact that you raised it in your backyard as a pet before you ate it, and sung to sleep at night. Or, how to hunt a turkey whatever you like.
3. Thanksgiving games, like "who gained the most weight at the end of dinner" competitions.
4. Unique recipes, especially secret family recipes, or recipes not usually considered part of Thanksgiving.
5. Creative Thanksgiving decor.
6. An amazing, beautifully executed recipe that resembles Picasso art (take pictures!)
