- You will use your custom trays that you currently have.

We cannot issue refunds for this service if you decide to terminate your treatment after custom trays are issued. Please note: We are using prescription whitening gel that is specially formulated to avoid sensitivity , however, you may experience some sensitivity during your whitening process. If so, please inform us. We will make every effort to make it comfortable for you.
