2. ELIGIBILITY: Mortenson Family Dental social media sweepstakes is offered only to legal U.S. residents 18 years old or older at the time of entry. Limit one winner per household. Limit one winner per immediate family. Prizes are non-transferable. Sweepstakes is offered only to who reside within the Kentucky and Indiana area as determined by Mortenson Family Dental. Employees of Mortenson Family Dental and each of their affiliates, representatives, and agents, and the directors and employees (collectively, “Sweepstakes Entities”), and members of the immediate families and members of the same households of such individuals are not eligible. The term “immediate families” includes spouses, grandparents, parents, siblings, children and grandchildren. Proof of age, identity, and eligibility must be furnished to Mortenson Family Dental upon request. Mortenson Family Dental reserves the right to disqualify any entrant if these Official Rules are not followed. Internet access is required in order to enter the competitions.
3. HOW TO ENTER: The competitions on Facebook begin and end at the stated time in the individual posts. All times in these rules refer to Eastern Daylight Time. To be eligible, entries must be received during the Entry Period. Mortenson Family Dental will not verify receipt of entries. Entries become property of Mortenson Family Dental and will not be returned. Incomplete entries are void. Mortenson Family Dental is not responsible for entries that are lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, incomprehensible, illegible, damaged, undeliverable or delayed. Entries generated by any automated means and detected as such are void. Electronic entries will be deemed to have been submitted by the authorized account at the time of the entry. The authorized account holder is the person to whom the applicable internet service provider or other organization (such as a business or educational institution, or various social media) has assigned the account.
MONTHLY DRAWINGS: Monthly drawings will be announced on all social media outlets, managed through a second party application - Wildfire Applications - and winners will be posted on the Facebook Fan Page Wall, Twitter Stream and Blog Page. Winner will have 24 hours to claim their prize before another name is drawn.
4. VALID ACCOUNTS: Online entrants must have valid accounts and must be a Fan or a patient of Mortenson Family Dental. In the event of disqualification of any winner, Mortenson Family Dental reserves the right to randomly select an alternate winner, time permitting, in Mortenson Family Dental’s sole discretion. Limit one prize per 30 day period. One entry per person unless otherwise noted in contest description.
5. PUBLICITY RELEASE: Except where prohibited, entry in the Sweepstakes constitutes each entrant’s consent to use, publish, reproduce and for all purposes, including publicity, promotion and advertising, in any media (including without limitation, the Internet, television, radio, or offline promotions), each Winner’s name, city, photograph, likeness, biographical material, voice, image, each in perpetuity without further compensation, credit or right of review or approval.
6. FUNTASTIC FRIDAY TRIVIA: Players only eligible to win every 30 days for Funtastic Friday's. All other rules apply.
7. REMOVAL OF ENTRIES/DISQUALIFICATION: Mortenson Family Dental reserves the right to remove any entries, disqualify any applicants/participants and block them from participating in further social media activities for any reason deemed necessary, including but not limited to profane, discriminatory, slanderous or any other posts/remarks that are not a representation of the core values of the company.
